Please share the performance with us in real life. The use of cameras, tape recorders or any other electronic or digital recording, photographing or imaging devices is not allowed during a performance. Mobile phones, beepers, and pagers must be switched off at all times. If we see someone filming, we will stop the performance and ask them to delete the film.
At some performances we will take professional photographs and videos for purposes including archive recording, press and promotional photography, and the production of marketing materials. We keep these recordings and photos in perpetuity.
Every time you buy a ticket, you are supporting a small arts charity. We bring opera to places other companies don’t go, give opportunities to young talent, and organise projects in primary schools. If your plans change and you can’t come to a performance, we will not be able to offer you a refund and we would be very grateful if you would consider the money you have given us as a donation, or discuss with us swapping to another day.
Our performance areas are often uncovered. While we aim to always have a back-up venue, performances may be cancelled or abandoned because of the weather. Tickets are non-refundable in the event of cancellation because of the weather but may be exchanged. You will be entitled to exchange your ticket for another performance with the nearest value to your original ticket at any other performance during that year’s tour, subject to availability.
If our performance is scheduled to take place outside, please dress accordingly for weather conditions, and keep an eye on the forecast prior to the event.
Cancellations for non-weather related reasons will be treated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation, timing, and agreement with the host venue. If a performance sells out and there is a waiting list, we can put your tickets up for re-sale.
In some cases, we may choose to delay the start time of a show for a variety of reasons including weather forecasts we may have received. While we will make every effort to complete each show, we reserve the right to stop and start the show as necessary.
Sometimes we might need to make alterations to the programme or cast. This can include the use of cover actors reading off script for the duration of the performance. You can rest assured that any replacements will be excellent, as top quality is a hallmark of Wild Arts.
We might occasionally have to arrange the seats in a slightly different configuration, for instance to accommodate a wheelchair or for something to do with the production. This will be a very rare occurrence, we’ll make sure you always have the same or better sightlines to those you have booked.
We will always admit latecomers into the venue provided there is a suitable break or interval.
All ticket holders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18, who will stay with the young person for the duration of the show.
Please be aware that as we do not always manage the box office for our shows, working with partner venues. Wild Arts is not responsible for the content of third party websites, and please check the terms and conditions when booking.
We hope you enjoy the show, and do keep in touch with any suggestions, comments, complaints and suggestions for improvements, or to say what you particularly enjoyed!
From everyone at Wild Arts, thank you.
